  1. WeightWatchers (Director, Engineering)

    • Leader of the Delivery Foundations organization with responsibilities as the technical project manager and engineering lead. These teams are tasked with building tools and services to empower the WW tech teams. Core projects include an event driven content recommendation system and server driven UI platform for mobile apps.
    • Part of the Engineering Leadership team, focused on high level decisions and improving the organizational processes and culture.
  2. Epic Games (Lead Mobile Engineer)

    • Introduced Kotlin Multiplatform (Android, iOS, and Web) to the organization and scaled it into a technology that is being used to drive our organization's next flagship social project. Over 10 mobile engineers are working directly in the multiplatform code.
    • Cross team architect for new mobile/web application. Responsible for owning and driving the technical vision across teams and tech stacks.
    • Working across teams to redefine how our organization works. Went from a top-down opaque workflow to a collaborative and inclusive one. Focused on iterating our processes as a team, and increasing visibility and communication between product owners and ICs.
  3. Riot Games (Senior Software Engineer)

    • Tech Lead for League Friends mobile app (Android and iOS). Worked closely with product owner, UX/UI design, QA, Publishing, and other internal teams to continually add new features to the app such as Esports, News, Videos, and Streams.
    • Worked with other teams and tech leaders to define the future of Riot's mobile strategy from a technical and product perspective. Was a founding member of Riot’s mobile advisory group to help teams across the company understand what good looks like when reaching a new platform and audience.
    • Managed and grew a globally distributed team of Android and iOS engineers. Onboarded engineers into an RxJava/RxSwift project and helped the team define best practices in a reactive project.
    • Was a core interviewer inside the Ecosystem and League of Legends organizations, and worked with the recruiting teams and other managers to improve our hiring pipeline.
  4. Freelance Software Developer

    • Constant Analytics - Designed solutions to aggregate and manipulate data to be easily consumed for statistical analysis.
    • NCR - Contracted to lead a project to integrate the Masterpass payment feature for an online food ordering service.
